A long overdue letter to thank you for undertaking and completing the design and subsequent work to our courtyard, during December.

When my wife met you to discuss the possibility of renovating the yard, she was immediately struck by your enthusiasm, sense of commitment and strong sense of design, as was I on my return from abroad.

We really are extremely grateful to you personally, for your constant determination to ensure that everything was to the high standard which you had set – and to which you adhered.

We particularly commend Martin and Jake , who worked so tirelessly throughout the whole project. Martin was the ultimate craftsman and never appeared phased by the unexpected problems, although his patience must have been sorely tried at times. Both he and Jake reflected your sense of total commitment to their work and we thank them most sincerely for making their time here so easy for us as a household, ably assisted byAndy, Adrian and Darren, who also worked very hard during the times they were assigned to the job.

The exacting hard work, not to mention thoughtfulness and courtesy which they have all displayed each day was hugely impressive. As a team they were a pleasure to have on site and we really id miss them when they completed the job and departed!

If at any time one of your potential clients wishes to have a recommendation of your work we would be happy to be contacted and for them to see our pond after the slabs and liner were relaid. The fish have settled back normally and appear to be totally unstressed during their temporary homing while the work was carried out.
